Finnish sauna

Sauna is a Finnish word and translated it means the room for heating during sauna use and the first written records of this are from the 11th century. The maximum recommended time for a healthy person in the sauna is 20 minutes. Repeating the procedure and the length of the procedure should be considered based on feelings in the sauna.
